Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your application for the CII School Education Excellence Awards.
The CII reserve the right to accept, refuse, or reject any application that does not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria or submission requirements at any stage of the Awards process.
The participation fee is a one-time payment and is non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable under any circumstances, including withdrawal of the application, disqualification, or non-selection. The application will be taken up for evaluation only upon receipt of the applicable participation fee.
All decisions relating to eligibility, evaluation, shortlisting, site assessment (where applicable), and final recognition shall be at the sole discretion of the CII. No correspondence or appeal regarding such decisions shall be entertained.
All information, data, and supporting documents submitted by participating institutions will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purposes of evaluation, validation, administration of the Awards, and related knowledge dissemination by CII, unless specifically designated as confidential.
Participating institutions are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of all information submitted. CII reserves the right to seek clarification or additional documentary evidence to verify any claim made in the application.
Any recognition or award conferred under the CII may be withdrawn if any information or supporting documents submitted are subsequently found to be false, misleading, or materially inaccurate.
The decision of the Jury shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeal in this regard shall be entertained.
Information submitted through the application, including institutional best practices, innovations, and success stories, may be used by CII in award compendiums, publications, reports, promotional materials, and other communication initiatives, unless specifically identified as confidential.
All application forms, supporting documents, and related submissions must be made in the English language.
